How to Book:

Session Package Payment Details:

  • Please leave a note upon booking to indicate which package you have chosen.
  • The first session payment (ÂŁ65) will be processed when you book.
  • During your first session, we’ll discuss the remaining balance and scheduling for your package. This ensures flexibility and an arrangement tailored to your needs.

Before Your First Session:
After booking, I will send you an intake questionnaire via email. This will help me understand your needs and ensure we make the most of our time together.

Session Details and FAQ's

What happens during a session?
Sessions are 60–75 minutes long, allowing us to explore your experiences in depth and wrap up  safely. We’ll meet online via Zoom, and I’ll email you a secure link before our session.

Our sessions are a partnership—I guide you as we explore emotions, sensations, and unconscious beliefs. By reconnecting with these parts of your experience, we help them feel acknowledged and process what they’ve been holding. Nothing is rushed or forced—this work unfolds at your pace.

How do I prepare?
No special preparation is needed. Just set yourself up in a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. A stable device, like a computer or tablet, can make the session easier for you.

What’s the goal of this work?
The aim isn’t to “fix” you—there’s nothing broken. Instead, we’re working together to help you meet life’s challenges in a way that feels more aligned with your authentic self. This process builds your capacity to respond to the present moment with greater resilience and clarity.

How many sessions will I need?
Each path is as unique as the person walking it, and progress varies for everyone. This work emphasizes creating meaningful, sustainable change by incorporating embodied practices that enhance your resilience and align with your life, rather than offering a quick fix. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

Post-session tips:
After our session, take time to let things settle. Your nervous system will be integrating what we explored, which is an essential part of the process. You might choose to go for a walk, journal, take a rest; whichever activity may work best for you. I may also send you additional resources to support your practice between sessions.
